Why was she deployed on night duty?: J’khand BJP MP on sub-inspector’s death

Following a female sub-inspector, Sandhya Topno's death after being mowed down by a vehicle in Jharkhand, state BJP MP Sanjay Seth said the law and order has collapsed in the state. "It is a matter of investigation why Sandhya Topno was deployed on night duty. I will raise the issue...in Parliament today," Seth said on Wednesday.
