Why will BMC not declare winners in 3 Mumbai wards?

Counting of votes was halted in three Mumbai wards and winner will not be declared in BMC polls. In Ward no 72, result was put on hold due to alleged irregularities in counting of votes. In Ward number 189, result was reserved after EVM machine reportedly failed to display data. Counting of votes was also stopped in ward number 190.
