Why would Pakistan need new passports if it signs Abraham Accords?

Pakistan would need to redesign & reissue passports if it signs Abraham Accords with Israel, as current passports explicitly ban travel to Israel. Every passport carries a printed line saying it's "valid for all countries of world except Israel". Normalising ties with Israel under US-backed accords would make that restriction legally obsolete, forcing Pakistan to remove the phrase from passports.
