Why would we demand dowry, we ourselves gave ₹7.5 lakh: Twisha's mother-in-law

Twisha Sharma's mother-in-law, retired judge Giribala Singh, rejected her family's claims that they paid ₹2 lakh to the in-laws after they allegedly harassed her for dowry. "Why would we demand a dowry of ₹2 lakh when we ourselves gave them ₹7.5 lakh?" she said. Twisha was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her matrimonial home in Bhopal.
