Wife's prolonged refusal to have physical relations without valid reason is cruelty: HC

The Rajasthan High Court upheld a divorce granted to a man and said that a wife refusing to have physical relations for a considerably long period without any valid reason amounts to mental cruelty. It dismissed two appeals filed by the wife challenging the divorce decree and the rejection of her plea for restitution of conjugal rights.
