Wikipedia blocks Archive.today for disrupting a blogger's traffic

Wikipedia has decided to remove all links to Archive.today, a web archiving service that has been linked to over 695,000 times across online encyclopedia. It alleged that Archive.today inserted malicious code to carry out a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack against a blogger with whom the service had a dispute. DDoS attack targets websites by overwhelming them with malicious traffic.
