Will calibrate to open more Starbucks stores: Tata Consumer CEO

Tata Starbucks "will calibrate" its plans to open more Starbucks stores in India in the near term, Tata Consumer Products CEO Sunil D'Souza said, at a time when customer footfall is falling. "In near term, there'll be pressure," he said, adding the company is still focussed on operating 1,000 stores by 2028. Tata Starbucks currently operates 457 outlets in India.
