Will close beaches if people defy social distancing rules: UK govt

After thousands of people came on beaches in the UK's Bournemouth amid coronavirus pandemic, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said that he had the power to close the beaches if people didn't respect social-distancing rules. He said he was "reluctant" to go down that route but if there was a spike in the number of coronavirus cases "then we'll take action".
