Will ICC knock India out if they refuse to play in another country: Nasser Hussain

Questioning ICC's handling of Bangladesh's T20 World Cup ouster, ex-England captain Nasser Hussain asked whether ICC would've knocked India out if they had refused to play in another country. He added, "Only question all sides ask for is consistency. Bangladesh, Pakistan and India must be treated the same...India fans may say, 'Cry more...we've the money!' But with power comes responsibility."
