Will never swap Ukrainian territory for Kyiv-held Kursk: Russia

Russia rejected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's offer to swap Kyiv-held Russia's Kursk region for peace negotiations to end the war. "Russia has never discussed and will not discuss the exchange of its territory. This is impossible," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. "Ukrainian units will be expelled from this territory. All who aren't destroyed will be expelled," Peskov added.
