Delhi Traffic Police took to Twitter and said that they will penalise those who have tinted glass or glass films beyond permissible limits on their vehicles, starting from Wednesday. "Also, we will keep a check on minors indulging in driving without a license and penalise the vehicle owners," it said. Delhi Traffic Police shared the post with the hashtag #IssFilmParAwardNahi.
