Will play a video & ask what humanity is: SC to Sibal on 'inhumane' stray dog policies

During a Supreme Court hearing, Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal said the treatment of stray dogs under the rules framed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is "inhuman". "On the next date, we'll play a video for your benefit, and we will ask you what humanity is," PTI quoted the SC as saying. Sibal replied the petitioners will also present footage.
