Will Raghav Chadha & other AAP MPs who joined BJP be disqualified from Rajya Sabha?

PRS Legislative Research's Chakhu Roy explained that defecting AAP MPs, including Raghav Chadha, may not be disqualified from Rajya Sabha. Roy reminded that ex-Chairman Venkaiah Naidu had approved merger of 2/3rd of TDP members with BJP. Former Lok Sabha secretary general PDT Achary said the Chairman's decision to either approve the merger or disqualify them could be challenged in court.
