Will study Ukraine's 'victory plan' if released officially: Russia

Kremlin said it will study what Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is calling his "victory plan" to end the war with Russia as and when it is released officially. Zelenskyy, who will be presenting the plan to US President Joe Biden, claimed that Russia would be forced to end the war "diplomatically'' once the West approved his plan.
