Will take appropriate measures: IndiGo as DGCA imposes ₹22 cr penalty

IndiGo responded after DGCA fined it ₹22.20 crore for widespread flight disruptions in December 2025 and ordered a ₹50 crore bank guarantee for systemic reforms. IndiGo said it has taken full cognisance of the orders, "and will, in a thoughtful and timely manner, take appropriate measures". IndiGo also stated it is reviewing internal processes to strengthen operational resilience.
