Will weaken Europe: Macron on proposal to seize Russian assets

French President Emmanuel Macron has opposed US and UK's push to expropriate frozen Russian assets and use them to fund Ukraine amid the ongoing war. Macron has claimed that such a move would infringe upon international law and weaken Europe. Notably, this comes after Macron proposed sending NATO troops to Ukraine and also urged Western allies to not be "cowards".
