Williams announce Mercedes strategy chief Vowles as new F1 team boss

Williams has appointed Mercedes strategy director James Vowles as their new F1 team boss following the departure of Jost Capito last month. The 43-year-old will join the team on February 20 ahead of testing in Bahrain. "The team is an icon of our sport, one I greatly respect, and I am very much looking forward to the challenge," said Vowles.
