Wimbledon champ Rybakina's father reveals she wanted to quit tennis 6 months ago

Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina's father Andrey Rybakin revealed that his daughter, who became the first-ever Kazakh player to win a Grand Slam singles title, wanted to quit tennis six months ago. "Many tennis players go through this (quitting)...Even just before Wimbledon, it was like that…we talked with her in…family for…six days. My daughter calmed down…began to train again," he added.
