Wipro files complaint against ex-VP who joined rival Cognizant

Wipro has filed a complaint against its former senior Vice-President Mohd Haque for allegedly violating the non-compete clause in his employment contract. Haque, who quit Wipro in June, joined Cognizant in August. According to the non-compete clause, Haque was restricted from working for many of Wipro's competitors, including Cognizant, for at least 12 months after his employment ended.
