Wipro fires 300 employees found 'Moonlighting' for competitors

Wipro terminated the services of 300 employees who were found to be working for its competitors at the same time, said Chairman Rishad Premji. Premji added, "If you actually look at the definition of 'Moonlighting', it is having a second job secretively…I'm all about transparency." He also termed 'Moonlighting' an "act of integrity violation".
