Wipro mandates 3-day in-office work under new hybrid policy

Wipro has announced its 'new hybrid work policy' which has mandated a 3-day work from office. Wipro CHRO Saurabh Govil shared the new work policy which provides employees the option to seek remote working for specific days in a year. Wipro which has opted for a hybrid work mode has so far not shared details on the policy.
