Wipro to acquire Alpha Net Group contracts for $70.8 million

Wipro Ltd signed a definitive agreement on April 14, 2026, to acquire select customer contracts from Alpha Net Group. Wipro Ltd will invest up to $70.8 million to strengthen AI-first, consulting-led application services capabilities. The transaction, expected to close by June 30, 2026, includes a deferred component payable on achievement of performance targets.
