Wipro on Tuesday announced that it will acquire engineering services company Eximius Design for $80 million (nearly ₹586.3 crore). Founded in 2013, Eximius Design registered consolidated revenue of $35.2 million in 2019. Wipro reported a 3.4% drop in its consolidated net profit for the September-quarter at ₹2,466 crore as against the ₹2,553 crore in the year-ago period.
