Wipro to raise its stake in Aggne Global to 80% in $2.1-mn deal

Wipro will increase its stake in Aggne Global IT Services to 80% by acquiring an additional 20% shareholding. The deal, involving a cash consideration of $2.1 million, is expected to close by June 30, 2026.
