Wipro's attrition rate dips to 21.2% in Q3, net headcount falls

Wipro's attrition rate fell to 21.2% in the quarter ended December 2022 from 23% recorded in the previous quarter. This was the fourth quarter in a row where the attrition rate moderated. Wipro also saw its net headcount decrease by 435 employees in Q3, marking the first time in ten quarters that the company saw a net reduction in headcount.
