Woman accused in Pulwama attack seeks bail for dermatological problems, court denies

A court denied bail to Insha Jan, a woman accused in 2019 Pulwama attack in which 40 CRPF personnel made supreme sacrifice. Jan cited dermatological problems, cervical spondylosis and chronic headaches for seeking bail. The court held that her ailments were not life-threatening and did not warrant bail. Jan allegedly provided food, shelter, and other logistical support to the militants.
