Woman allegedly cheats Hyderabad techie of ₹1 crore on pretext of marriage

A 44-year-old woman identified as Malavika Devati allegedly cheated a Hyderabad techie of ₹1 crore, according to his complaint to police. The complainant said that the woman lured him through chats, following which he transferred the money to her. The complaint comes less than a week after police arrested Malavika for allegedly cheating an NRI of ₹65 lakh.
