Woman and lover arrested for husband’s murder in Davangere

Police in Davangere have apprehended a woman and her lover, both charged with the murder of her husband, within the jurisdiction of Basavapatna police station in Channagiri taluk. The accused are identified as Manjunath and BB Ayesha, the spouse of Ilyaz Ahmed, whose decomposed body was discovered near the Bhadra canal on February 26, 2023.
