Woman arrested in Bengaluru for ‘Jai Bangla’ slogans

Hebbagodi police arrested a 25-year-old woman in Bengaluru for allegedly creating panic by raising "Jai Bangla" slogans during the demolition of temporary sheds in Podu village in Hulimangala near Electronic City. Identified as Sarbanu Khatoon, she was found living without valid documents. Police suspect illegal entry as part of a wider crackdown on illegal immigrants.
