Woman bank manager, 4 others held for killing customer

Three months after a retired BSNL engineer's death in a hit-and-run case, the Kollam police arrested five persons, including a female bank manager, for allegedly murdering him for gains. Pappachan had complained about a part of his deposits missing from the bank. Manager Saritha roped in four others to eliminate him. Pappachan, injured on 23 May, died the next day.
