A woman living next to the collapsed building in Delhi's Satya Niketan was heard expressing shock and fear in footage recorded minutes after the incident. She repeatedly asked, "Where are we living? What is happening?" She also expressed concern for students staying at the PG and sought help as rescue teams reached the site to assess the collapse.
