Woman calls 911 to report 'dead body' on US beach, it turns out to be mannequin

A woman called 911 after she came across what she thought was a dead body on the Perdido Key beach in US' Florida. A beach volunteer on investigating found out that it was a mannequin and not a dead body. The mannequin was covered with barnacles and seaweed from being in the sea for too long.
