Woman can't seek maintenance from stepson after getting it from son: Allahabad HC

The Allahabad High Court observed that a woman can't seek maintenance from her stepson once she has been granted maintenance from her biological son under Section 125 of CrPC. The court dismissed the criminal revision filed by a woman seeking modification of the family court order to the effect that her stepson also be held liable for maintenance.
