Woman cheats husband in Punjab by taking money for travelling abroad

A man in Ludhiana was allegedly cheated after his wife promised to arrange a spouse visa for him, provided he bore the expenses to send her abroad on a student visa. He claims to have spent on arranging her visa, college fee and other things, however, she stopped taking his calls soon after. He later lodged a complaint regarding this.
