Woman chops off boyfriend's genitals for refusing to marry

A 22-year-old Delhi woman on Wednesday chopped off the genitals of her 35-year-old boyfriend for refusing to marry and not continuing the physical relationship with her. The victim was admitted to Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital and he was reported to be out of danger. The woman has been absconding along with her family members since the crime.
