Woman constable dies by suicide in Telangana over harassment

A woman police constable, Anitha, died by suicide in Warangal, Telangana, on January 27, allegedly due to harassment by her distant relative Rajender and his associate Jabbar Lal. Rajender reportedly pressured Anitha for marriage for years and instigated harassment when she considered marrying Jabbar. Warangal police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
