Woman cuts off lover's private parts over his marriage being fixed to another in UP

A woman has been detained allegedly for cutting off her lover's private parts after an argument over his marriage being fixed to another woman in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar. The accused and the man got together eight years ago, however, his family opposed their relationship and fixed his marriage to another, police said. The man is undergoing treatment at a hospital.
