The family of a 32-year-old Brazilian woman claimed she died after a state-run AI system underestimated the severity of her condition, forcing her to wait five days for an ICU bed, local media reported. Rebeca Cardoso Tenente Molina received a score of 6.8 instead of 10, they said. Her sister alleged doctors had "lost autonomy" to prioritise critically ill patients.
