Woman dies after falling from scooty, run over by goods vehicle

A 32-year-old woman died on Wednesday after falling off a two-wheeler and being run over by a mini goods vehicle in Bengaluru's Electronics City, police said. Medha Akarsh was riding pillion when the vehicle skidded due to sudden braking on a slushy, damaged road. Residents expressed outrage over the poor road conditions, while police launched a probe, reports added.
