A 21-year-old woman died after workers forgot to attach bungee safety rope before pushing her off a 131-foot bridge during an adventure jump in Brazil's Limeira. A video shows workers carrying her to the platform, followed by people shouting about the rope. Before the jump, she wrote on Instagram, "Who was the crazy person who let me come jump off...bridge?"
