Woman dies of cancer weeks after having pregnancy-like symptoms

A 33-year-old woman died tragically just weeks after she mistook a deadly cancer for being pregnant, as her symptoms were similar. Fiona Gallacher had pregnancy-like signs for over two months - including severe stomach pain, bloating and morning sickness. Days later, her tests revealed Fiona had stage four adenocarcinoma - a cancer that grows in the glands of vital organs.
