Woman dragged on road by purse snatchers on scooty in Punjab

An elderly woman was dragged behind a scooty, as her head scraped against the road, by two thieves who were trying to snatch her purse in Punjab. CCTV footage shows her clinging to her purse as the pillion rider tries to free it, dragging her in the process. She said she hasn't filed a police complaint for "fear of retaliation".
