Woman falls for 'work-from-home' scam in Gurugram, loses ₹28 lakh

Cyber fraudsters cheated a Gurugram woman, Meha, of over ₹28 lakh by promising her a work-from-home gig of rating movies on a fake website. According to reports, the victim was asked to send money to various bank accounts to earn a profit by working as a movie critic. However, she realised later that she had been conned.
