Woman gets back stolen handbag with handwritten apology in Qatar

A woman's handbag was found outside her home with a handwritten apology note the day after it disappeared in Qatar's capital, Doha. The note read, "Forgive me, I didn’t know you were Palestinian, and if I had known, I would not have stolen from you." The contents, including $275, personal identification papers and medical documents, were reportedly untouched.
