Woman gets 'I miss you a lot' texts from Swiggy delivery agent; team assures help

A woman tweeted a screenshot of indecent messages she received from a Swiggy agent who had delivered groceries to her house. The messages read, "Miss you lot" and "nice your beauty" etc. While she said she didn't receive a satisfactory response from the customer care team, she was later contacted by Swiggy's escalation team who assured her support.
