Woman harassed during morning walk in UP, CCTV captures incident

A woman was harassed by an unidentified man around 4:30 am on September 15 while returning from a morning walk in Muzaffarnagar's Khatauli. CCTV footage shows the man grabbing her before fleeing after she raised an alarm. Police registered a case after the video went viral on social media and formed a special team to identify and arrest the accused.
