Woman killed by flying umbrella while eating at restaurant in US

A woman died after being struck by a patio umbrella while she was dining with her husband at a restaurant in US' South Carolina. The woman and her husband were eating when a sudden strong wind blew the umbrella from a table, striking her in the head and neck area. Her death is being investigated as an accident, officials said.
