A woman kissed Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma on his cheek at a rally, a video of which has surfaced online. The clip shows women greeting and cheering for Sarma before the woman leans in and kisses him. Earlier, when Sarma got scratches at a Jana Ashirwad Yatra, he called them "marks of love and affection".
