Woman lives with a condition which leaves her permanently aroused

For 21-year-old Scarlet Kaitlin Wallen, the last decade and a half has been just marred with an excruciating condition that has left her permanently aroused. Scarlet was just six when she began to feel severe and constant "pins-and-needles" in her genitals. Later, she was diagnosed with persistent genital arousal disorder or PGAD - a condition that causes uncontrollable arousal.
