Woman loses baby after nurse mistakenly gives abortion pill

A Mumbai woman who was 25-weeks pregnant with twins, lost a child after reportedly being given an abortion pill instead of a pill to prevent premature labour. She was administered the pills on 2 February, after which one of her babies died due to breathing complications. The abortion pill was reportedly meant for another patient admitted for termination of pregnancy.
